Pixie Lott Performing Arts Academy believe that it is always unacceptable for a child or young person to experience abuse of any kind and recognises its responsibility to safeguard the welfare of all children, young people and vulnerable adults by a commitment to practice which protects them. All children have the right to be safe from harm and abuse. This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all its pupils. Section 175 of the Education Act 2002 places a duty upon the school to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
